What we need:
- 4 tablespoons of coffee grounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
How to prepare the coffee scrub
Preparing an anti-cellulite body coffee scrub is simple.
First, add the coffee grounds to a bowl.
Then we add the sea salt, which has a high draining power and is useful in reducing unsightly fat pads that form on the legs, buttocks and thighs.
Next add the brown sugar, which has high exfoliating power.
And lastly, the two tablespoons of olive oil. The olive oil is excellent for regenerating the skin, as it is rich in vitamin E.
Olive oil also contains a good amount of vitamin A, useful to stimulate cell regeneration and repair tissues.
At this point mix all the ingredients and our scrub is ready.
